All services are delivered digitally. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon prior to commencement of work through a separate service agreement or written communication.

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely project briefs and materials necessary for service delivery.
• Respond to review requests and feedback requests within the agreed timeline.
• Ensure that any materials provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use delivered materials only in accordance with agreed terms.

Upon full payment for services, the client is granted ownership of the final agreed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. RealmPulse Digital Inc retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and materials not included in the final deliverables.

RealmPulse Digital Inc reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics created by RealmPulse Digital Inc — is the property of RealmPulse Digital Inc and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Services will not commence until an initial payment or deposit is received, as agreed. Final deliverables will be released upon receipt of full payment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RealmPulse Digital Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the relevant project.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
